Rita and Erika were the perfect team to work with. We had a lot of art and they took to time to understand the vibe we were going for. They also were very cognizant that we wanted to find a balance of rental vs living and that we love bargains and deals. On this front they were very cost conscious which saved us a ton. Rita would show me places and let me look for what I liked. One time I was in Louisville and saw a light fixture. Based on a photo she found it and got us a great deal. They had wonderful ideas on how to best show off our art and our amazing 19th floor view. While every other living room in the building had sofas and chairs facing inside to a TV, they had a different vision. Create a darker media room for TV and then in the living room have all the sofas and chairs facing out to Tampa bay. It was awesome!! I know what I like, but only when I see it. So Rita knew everyone and gave me a list of places and people to see. No pressure just let me find my way with her guidance. I cannot recommend them highly enough and in the end we rented or place for by far the highest price in the building, largely because of their taste and refinement.Read More
